“Bachelor of Law” study program
The "Bachelor of Law" study program at
Wisdom University and College provides an in-depth knowledge of the most
important aspects of law, both domestically and at European level and beyond,
not only in a historical perspective of the development of law, but also looking
at institutional and practical aspects of law. The Bachelor of Law program
enables the study of public and private law areas, developing logical and
interpretive skills in resolving issues arising from and during the implementation
process of the law. The main development activities of this study program are:
lectures, seminars, exercises, individual work, professional practices/internships,
academic supervision, and delivery of lectures and seminars by guest lecturers.
Department of Public Law
The Department of Public Law is the core unit of
teaching and research development of the faculty. It is responsible for:

Students who choose this program of study will
have a professional profile focused towards special knowledge of Criminal Law.
Knowledge in the area of human rights, which nowadays are the most essential
part of national and international politics, make this program not only
attractive but also focused towards the Euro-Atlantic integration processes of
our country. A student who graduate from this study program can primarily work
as a criminal lawyer. In addition, those who
wish to deepen their professional knowledge in the field of criminal law and
wish to continue their academic studies to obtain a PHD degree may be enrolled
in this program.
Department of Private Law

Students enrolling in this study program must
have completed university studies for law, at home or abroad under the
Bologna system.
An advantage for students enrolling in the
program would be knowledge of one or more of the following foreign languages:
English, French, German, Italian and Spanish.
In this way these students will be able to use
contemporary literature which is mainly available in the mentioned languages.
The profile of students who will be
graduating from this program will be suitable especially for law
practitioners, those who will work for commercial companies,
as well as for state institutions that cover civil and commercial law issues,
including international Organizations.
